You’re a healer. You give and give. And give…until you’re running on reserves.
Self care is on your mind but never ends up being a priority.
Between the demands of your business and the demands of your home life there’s little time left for you.
And you’re feeling it.
What you were once intensely passionate about feels “Meh” and you’re not sure what happened.
You’ve always loved what you do.
But something’s not clicking anymore. You find yourself staring at the clock while you’re with clients.
Intuition tells you you better pay attention and recharge your batteries but you ignore the very advice you give out.
And they can feel it.
It’s time to heal YOURSELF. It’s time to do the work of healing you’ve known you needed to do for years.
Your body and soul can’t tolerate one more day working without the energy and enthusiasm you need to freely give to your clients. You’ve depleted your reserves and you’re at risk of serious burn out.
To be able to put your focus on those you serve you have to tend to your own body, mind and soul. Peeling off the layers of shit that smother your light needs to be a priority.
If you’re tired of feeling crappy and exhausted all the time and you want your clients to be able to do the healing you’re trying to help them do, YOU have to come first.
No exceptions.
The healing you do for yourself will be the way you’re able to hold an effective healing space for those you treat.
And it’ll be magic.
I know. I’ve been there.
And it’s why I’ve created a new way to be in the world. It’s my wake up call – to myself – and to you.
Stand in the middle of your tired, resigned, uninspired, cranky self and decide to make a change.
Declare war on your old ways of thinking and being in the world. Put on your warrior now, and go fight for your own self.
Find your bliss.
If you hear me…if you really know this’s how it’s gone down and you’re tired of it, ready to make the shift you need to make, then do this – stop ignoring the messages.
I know you know you’re getting them. I know you feel the hints, nudges and sometimes loud-speaker in your ear. Yet the action you decide on is a quick stop at Starbucks. An occasional yoga class. Nothing near what you really need for the true and deeper healing that will make a difference in your life.
You know this.
So what will you DO about it?
Because action is the way anything will get done, and the way anything will change. All that sorting out, figuring out, planning, scheming and organizing that goes on in your head? No. Just stop it. Go do the thing you know you need to do.
I mean it.
Stop getting in the way of your own health and joy and literally MOVE toward the answers. Breathe your way into them.
When you wake up and take action, you’ll arrive smack dab in the middle of the solution.
Getting stuck and believing the thoughts telling you you should, are supposed to, aren’t enough for, or any other negativity is how you’ll become paralyzed again.
You’re smarter than that. You know what it means to be awake and aware.
Now it’s time to walk the walk and be the healer you truly want to be. To do the job you signed up for in the first place. To be the role model of the joy you know comes from nurturing your fiercely alive whole self.
It’s time to get your warrior on.
It’s time to take your healing magic to the next level of awesome.
It’s time.
